All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary for international orders depending on customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Armor (due to ballistic certification requirements)
  • Batteries (hazardous materials restriction)
  • California Highway Patrol (CHP) Uniforms (custom department specifications)
  • CDCR Uniforms (custom department specifications)
  • Base Layers (hygiene considerations)
  • Any item with removed tags or signs of wear

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1 business day, you’ll receive:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
  • Instructions for international returns

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. For your protection, we recommend:

  • Using the original packaging when possible
  • Choosing a trackable shipping method
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until process is complete

Step 4: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return upon receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when:

  • Your return is approved and refund initiated
  • Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment
  • If there are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return:

  • Original Payment Method: 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable:

  • We’ll contact you with comparable alternatives
  • You may choose a different item or receive store credit
  • Expedited shipping is available for exchanges at additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S.:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
